Returns
Merchandise returns will not be accepted without prior authorization by Commercial Christmas Supply. You have 10 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition and original packaging in which you received it. Items being returned for reasons other than a manufacturer's defect will result in a 20% restocking fee. If you received a defective product, please call us to discuss refund and exchange options for your merchandise.
Premium Bows are made to order and may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturer's defect or error. Please contact us to check eligibility and request return authorization. Custom products are subject to the return approval policy unless a manufacturing defect can be proven.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned merchandise and inform you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Refunds are exclusive of original shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your merchandise. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Acceptance of Merchandise
All claims of merchandise delayed, lost or damaged in transit are the responsibility of the consignee/ customer. When accepting shipment, claims of any missing cartons or visible damage must be filed within 10 days of the receipt of delivery. All claims must be filed with the delivering carrier. Failure to properly file claims may mean refusal of the claim and subsequent loss to the consignee/customer.
Product Warranty Information
Our warranties are designed to give customers confidence that their commercial holiday decor is built to last when used, installed, stored, and maintained properly. Warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser and covers manufacturer defects under normal use and service. Unless otherwise noted, warranty coverage does not include return shipping, labor, equipment required for installation or removal, damage caused by improper handling, weather events, transit damage, installation damage, natural wear and tear, bulb burn-outs, or misuse.
All products should be inspected and tested upon delivery and again before installation.
Bows
Bows are warranted to the original purchaser against manufacturer defects and fading under normal use and service for one 60-day season or 1,440 hours of use, whichever comes first.
Warranty coverage is limited to repair or replacement of defective products on a prorated basis. Damage caused by rips, tears, improper handling, installation, weather exposure, transit, or misuse is not covered.
For warranty purposes, one season is defined as one installation and removal period lasting no longer than 60 days.
Clip Lighting
Clip light products are warranted to the original purchaser against manufacturer defects under normal use and service for one year or 4,500 hours of use, whichever comes first.
This warranty applies to both lighting strands and transformers. Coverage is limited to repair or replacement on a prorated basis. Bulb burn-outs, installation damage, electrical damage, weather-related damage, rough handling, and transit damage are not covered.
Banners
Digital banner print jobs, including stock banners, require client approval of a proof before production begins. Color representation may vary between computer screens, printers, and final printed materials.
Digital banners are warranted against manufacturer defects and fading for three years when properly installed according to approved banner bracket installation instructions.
Warranty coverage is limited to repair or replacement of defective banners on a prorated basis. Return shipping, labor, installation equipment, removal equipment, installation damage, weather damage, rough handling, and transit damage are not covered.
Foliage and Trees
Trees and foliage are warranted to the original purchaser against manufacturer defects under normal use and service.
Warranty coverage includes:
- Steel and aluminum frames: 10 seasons
- Foliage: 5 seasons
- Electrical wiring: 3 seasons
- Computerized lighting modules and power transformers: 1 season
This warranty does not apply to light bulbs, light strands, or ornamentation installed on decor elements.
Coverage is limited to repair or replacement of defective products on a prorated basis. Bulb burn-outs, natural wear and tear, weather damage, transit damage, installation damage, and damage caused by improper care or handling are not covered.
For warranty purposes, one season is defined as one installation and removal period lasting no longer than 60 days.
Inflatables
Inflatables are warranted to the original purchaser against manufacturer defects and fading under normal use and service.
Warranty coverage includes:
- Inflatable body: 2 seasons
- Air pump: 1 season
Coverage is limited to repair or replacement of defective products on a prorated basis. Rips, tears, electrical damage, installation damage, weather damage, transit damage, rough handling, and misuse are not covered.
For warranty purposes, one season is defined as one installation and removal period lasting no longer than 60 days.
Light Bulbs and Strands
Light bulbs and light strands are warranted to the original purchaser against manufacturer defects under normal use and service for one 60-day season or 1,440 hours of use, whichever comes first.
Coverage is limited to repair or replacement of defective light bulbs or strands on a prorated basis. Bulb burn-outs, electrical damage, installation damage, weather damage, transit damage, and rough handling are not covered.
For warranty purposes, one season is defined as one installation and removal period lasting no longer than 60 days.
Lit Decor and Ground Displays
Lit decor and ground displays are warranted to the original purchaser against manufacturer defects under normal use and service.
Warranty coverage includes:
- Steel and aluminum frames: 6 seasons
- Garland: 5 seasons
- Electrical wiring: 3 seasons
- Computerized lighting modules, power transformers, and ornamentation: 1 season
This warranty does not apply to light bulbs or light strands installed on decor elements.
Coverage is limited to repair or replacement of defective products on a prorated basis. Bulb burn-outs, electrical damage, installation damage, weather damage, transit damage, rough handling, and improper care are not covered.

Mini Lights
Mini lights are warranted to the original purchaser against manufacturer defects under normal use and service for three 60-day seasons or 4,500 hours of use, whichever comes first.
Coverage is limited to repair or replacement of defective mini lights on a prorated basis. Bulb burn-outs, electrical damage, installation damage, weather damage, transit damage, rough handling, and misuse are not covered.
For warranty purposes, one season is defined as one installation and removal period lasting no longer than 60 days.
Ornaments
Ornaments are warranted to the original purchaser against manufacturer defects and fading under normal use and service for one 60-day season or 1,440 hours of use, whichever comes first.
Coverage is limited to repair or replacement of defective products on a prorated basis. Damage caused by installation, weather exposure, rough handling, transit, misuse, or improper storage is not covered.
For warranty purposes, one season is defined as one installation and removal period lasting no longer than 60 days.
Pole Mounts and Skyline Displays
Pole-mounted decor, building-mounted decor, streamers, skyline displays, and other aerial displays are warranted to the original purchaser against manufacturer defects under normal use and service.
Warranty coverage includes:
- Steel and aluminum frames: 6 seasons
- Garland: 5 seasons
- Electrical wiring: 3 seasons
- Computerized lighting modules and power transformers: 1 season
This warranty does not apply to light bulbs or light strands installed on decor elements.
Aerial displays are designed to withstand winds up to 40 mph with no ice load. Cable products, attachment points, and site-specific mounting conditions are not included in this warranty.
Coverage is limited to repair or replacement of defective products on a prorated basis. Bulb burn-outs, electrical damage, installation damage, weather damage, transit damage, rough handling, and improper care are not covered.
For warranty purposes, one season is defined as one installation and removal period lasting no longer than 60 days.
Banner Brackets
Banner brackets are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for six years when installed according to approved installation instructions.
Banner programs lasting longer than 30 days must be installed using stainless steel banding, wrapped twice around the pole before clamping, in order to qualify for warranty coverage. Banner installations should be inspected 30 days after initial installation and every 60 days thereafter, with adjustments made as needed.
Coverage is limited to repair or replacement of defective banner brackets on a prorated basis. Return shipping, labor, installation equipment, removal equipment, weather damage, transit damage, rough handling, and installation damage are not covered.
Other Products
Products not specifically listed above are warranted for one season, defined as 60 days or 1,440 hours of use, whichever comes first.
This may include RGB lights, props, mechanical components, rope light, straight edge light, neon flexible light, fiberglass props, acrylic props, grapevine decor, Santa seats, thrones, ottomans, and other specialty holiday decor products.
Warranty Inspection Requirement
To qualify for warranty repair or replacement, products may need to be inspected for defects, proper care, and proper handling before warranty coverage can be approved. Warranty determinations are made based on the condition of the product and whether the issue falls within covered manufacturer defects.
