Do you offer pre-decorated Christmas trees, or do we have to decorate them ourselves?
Both! Commercial Christmas Supply's Decorated Tree Packages (up to 12') come fully lit and styled, ready to install, reducing labor time and cost versus decorating on-site. Choose from one of our curated themes, or reach out to us to create a custom decor package to meet your needs. We also offer Tower Trees with decor packages, however due to size, tower trees ship undecorated and must be assembled and decorated upon install. If you are looking for pre-decorated tower tree options, please reach out to us and ask about our crated tower tree branch programs — simply assemble the frame and attach pre-decorated branches that are shipped on rolling carts.

Can you customize a holiday display for our property (hotel, resort, casino, municipality)?
Commercial Christmas Supply customizes holiday displays for hotels, resorts, casinos, municipalities, and other commercial properties. Designs can be tailored to your space, branding, color palette, and existing decor, with options ranging from custom ornamentation and lighting to large-scale trees, photo opportunities, and fabricated displays. To develop a custom decor package, we do require a project budget or budget range so we can recommend options that are realistic for your goals and space.
How far in advance should we order commercial holiday decor?
We ship holiday decor throughout the season, sometimes as late as the week before Christmas! If an item is in stock, we may be able to ship as quickly as the next business day. Pre-decorated foliage, including garlands, wreaths, and trees, typically ships within 2–6 weeks, depending on current production demand, which increases as the holiday season approaches.
For larger decor programs, custom displays, specialty products, and more extensive pre-decorated orders, we recommend starting 3–6 months in advance whenever possible. That said, our team will always do our best to accommodate project and event deadlines.

Do your outdoor Christmas trees and displays hold up in wind and rain?
Commercial Christmas Supply’s outdoor-rated products are designed specifically for commercial exterior applications and built to perform in a variety of seasonal weather conditions, including wind, rain, and snow. Proper installation is essential to the safety and longevity of any outdoor display, so appropriate anchor points, support cables, mounting hardware, and other securing methods should always be used. For large-scale, elevated, or site-specific installations, we recommend consulting a qualified engineer when necessary to determine appropriate mounting and wind-load requirements.
