Shipping policy

Commercial Christmas Supply is based in Denver, North Carolina, and ships products nationwide, as well as to select international destinations where available.

Because much of our product offering is oversize, much of it requires LTL freight shipping. We will collect your order information and provide a ballpark shipping quote. A customer representative will run a custom freight quote for your order and contact you with shipping options and rates. Upon approval, we will then submit an invoice for payment, or a check or purchase order may be submitted for payment. We are also happy to arrange shipping using customer-provided shipping accounts.

Processing time: If an item is in stock, it may ship as quickly as the next business day. Pre-decorated foliage, including garlands, wreaths, and trees, typically ships within 2-6 weeks, depending on current production demand, which increases as the holiday season approaches.

Larger or custom orders: For larger decor programs, custom displays, specialty products, and more extensive pre-decorated orders, we recommend starting 3-6 months in advance whenever possible. If you need your order by a specific date, please reach out to our team or include a note with your order so we can confirm availability and timing.
