## How ordering works

The details a buyer needs before raising a purchase request. Each one is published in full on the pages linked further down.

- Lead times: in-stock items can ship as quickly as the next business day. Pre-decorated garland, wreaths and trees typically ship in 2 to 6 weeks, and that window lengthens as the season approaches. Larger decor programs, custom displays and specialty products should be started 3 to 6 months ahead.
- Freight: much of the range is oversize and ships by LTL freight. A ballpark shipping estimate comes first, then a representative runs a custom freight quote for the order before anything is finalized.
- Purchase orders: purchase order payment terms are available to government municipalities and qualifying businesses. The team handles vendor onboarding, vendor registration and the documentation public buyers need.
- Formal quotes: larger orders can go through a formal quote instead of standard checkout, which suits procurement and purchase order workflows.
- Warranty: five seasons on steel frames and garlands, three seasons on electrical wiring, one season on other parts and accessories. Light bulbs and strands are excluded.
- Returns: items returned for reasons other than a manufacturer defect carry a 20% restocking fee. Some items, including Premium Bows, are made to order and cannot be returned.
- Damaged or missing shipments: missing cartons or visible damage must be reported within 10 days of delivery and filed with the delivering carrier.
